Praise for Kitchen Connections
I decided to really focus on my sugar intake, eat more veggies, and stick to 2 snacks and 3 meals daily as you recommended. I started making my smoothies with veggies instead of lots of fruits and felt wayyyy better! I cut down on my coffee and milk intakes considerably, and I love my afternoon cup of green tea. I have lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks! So happy and I feel great! Thank you so much for everything!
Thanks for agreeing to analyze my nutrition data from MyFitnessPal. Having recently been diagnosed with an auto-immune disease, your emphasis on inflammation was very important to me. Your good work has been very useful so far. Thank you again!
I really appreciate all the time you spent with me and the help you gave me. Even though I’ve digressed, I haven’t digressed to where I was before. I try and do healthy things when it’s easy, I just don’t always put the work into it to do it when it’s not easy. But I’ll keep trying!
I wanted to let you know that I had a fantastic race in Boston, PRing the marathon by 2.5 minutes for a 3:40:40, just 41 seconds slower than my goal on a warm day. I was so happy, I can’t tell you. Your nutritional guidance, advice and belief in me played a huge role in this. Thank you!
Love the results of your newfound lifestyle.
I tried the breakfast without any liquid substance ( like a protein shake etc..) and I like the feeling of it lasting longer. Yesterday, I had the yoghurt, nuts , avocado and bananas and yes there is a huge difference in taste and feeling of having organic food, especially the grass fed cow yoghurt… I loved it :). Thanks a ton for all your advice!
Thanks for our meeting yesterday. I feel that this is a major turning point in my life. So far, I am at 100% performance on the habits you recommended. Thanks for your coaching!
Thanks for all of your work on the recommendations you gave me, very comprehensive. I wanted to thank you again for the salad making class- it was excellent. I really learned so much. I have made two salads now & both were the best I’ve ever made.
